• Product Unscalability

  With a system pushed to its limits, the client found themselves overwhelmed by the influx of users and their in-app interactions immediately after the MVP launch. Understanding that system needs to be started anew to ensure optimal user experiences for both companies and users, the client sought someone who could lay the right architecture and rebuild the app properly.

• Rapid Requirements Change

  Working in a fast-changing market, the client needed flexibility in both development approaches and the product itself. The ability to review the scope at any given moment and prioritize new features above those in the pipeline while giving up on what's less important became crucial.

• Lack of Technical Expertise

  Being more of a business person, the client had a high-level vision of what the system should look like and what value to bring. Yet, they still needed technical guidance to achieve it. Finding a partner with enough expertise to turn business vision into product reality became a top priority.
