    Due to the large number of inquiries (by email and instant messenger), there was a need to take care of the most demanding customers. With the support of a chatbot, it is possible to provide efficient and clear information, based on the most up-to-date information.

  • Email inquiries, via instant messenger, appointment scheduling and information on current company activities

    The scope of work involved inquiries from end customers via: e-mail, instant messaging, appointment making (Google calendar booking) and providing information about the current activities of the company (status of tasks, assigned to the end customers' data).

  • Easy operation of the chatbot, in particular the content on the basis of which it responds

    An important part of the work was to prepare the interface for the company's employees in such a way that adding new information, updates and completely new content was convenient and did not take much time.
