Workshop Overview
Sprint 1 – Agile and Lean

We will go through values and principles of Agile and Lean, discuss a bit about Scrum and Kanban to understand and compare Agile frameworks and finish with roles, artefacts and ceremonies.
Sprint 2 – Planning and Estimations
4 hours
In this sprint, the focus is on discussing about the Product Roadmap and Product Backlog, writing good User Stories and Agile estimating and planning
Sprint 3 – Identifying and Removing Impediments
4 hours
• We start discussions with Agile cycles, real company impediments (case studies), continue with The Scrum Master / Agile Coach role and finish off with running effective ceremonies.
Sprint 4 – Agile Engineering Practices
4 hours
In this sprint, we focus on Agile Architecture, how we manage Technical Debt, Continuous Delivery and other engineering practices and scaling Agile.
