About

The 5-day Design Sprint workshop culminates in a refined prototype. This method is excellent for conceptualizing new features, exploring fresh markets, or visualizing a product's potential. Beyond mere concept visualization, participants will immerse themselves in potential user feedback, understanding market dynamics, and ensuring the prototype's alignment with real-world expectations. Workshop Overview

  • Monday Mapping

    5 hours

We start off by welcoming the client’s team to our office and introducing the Design Sprint process rules and guidelines. Next, we map the challenge by having the client explain and discuss their business idea/problem. We choose a target to focus on and solve during the next five days.

  • Tuesday Sketches

    5 hours

The day starts with reviewing existing ideas and inspiration to remix. Next, we divide the challenge map from the previous day and decide who sketches what. Everyone sketches and takes turns showing their solutions. At the end of the day, we plan customer testing and find people who fit the profile.

  • Wednesday Decisions

    5 hours

This is where we review, analyze, and discuss each presented solution. After analyzing the suggestions, we take notes and vote - we quickly gather ideas from the group and narrow it down to one final decision. By the end of the day, we create a storyboard to plan the prototype.

  • Thursday Prototyping

    5 hours

Based on the storyboard, the team spends the day developing a realistic prototype. We share the prototype with the client’s team and seek feedback and approval. Then we prepare for Friday’s testing by confirming the schedule, reviewing the prototype, and creating the interview script.

  • Friday Testing

    5 hours

The team has created a realistic prototype and now it’s time to test it on real users and observe them as they use the product. Both teams measure, analyze, and organize the data to discuss it. The observations, data, and MVP product are discussed so a conclusion sums up the Design Sprint.
