Complex Data Migration
Migrated the entire website ecosystem to Shopify, including thousands of products, high-resolution images, and sensitive customer data, ensuring zero data loss and minimal downtime. The project required mapping complex data structures from the legacy system to Shopify’s architecture while preserving SEO and historical order data for seamless continuity.
SEO & Usability
Focused on preserving and improving SEO rankings while migrating to Shopify and developing a new theme. This involved maintaining URL structures, metadata, and internal linking, alongside optimizing page speed and mobile usability to ensure a seamless user experience and protect organic traffic throughout the transition.
