Current customer infrastructure is based on Azure/AWS services so usage of these tools was an obvious choice. 
Our goal was to prove that connecting the existing APIs, data sources and ChatGPT can result in POC which can be further developed and adapt to support the sales and customer service teams. After very short time we've a working version capable of answering the specific questions related to customer's services domain as well as was able to automatically extend the knowledge base depend on the changes in CMS/CRM.

The exact business impact is still to be revealed as the project was ended in the POC phase. However the plan is to incorporate the built solution and architecture into the core/production APIs and test it for smaller focus groups of customers, replacing or enhancing the current traditional methods of contact.

I had the pleasure of working as a developer on a project aimed at testing the integration of ChatGPT, AWS, and Azure as a backend to power our cruise-selling chat. I must say, the experience was nothing short of remarkable.

From the very beginning, I was amazed at how smoothly everything came together. The ability to seamlessly harness the power of ChatGPT alongside the robust capabilities of AWS and Azure was truly impressive. We were able to create a chat solution that not only met but exceeded our expectations.

As the project comes to a close in its Proof of Concept (POC) phase, I am excited about the prospects that lie ahead.
