About
FitConnector is a mobile fitness app that offers unmatched flexibility for users to train with multiple gym coaches simultaneously and switch coaches anytime. Users can complete sessions from their package with one coach and continue with another, as coaches set their own session prices and locations. The app is a marketplace for diverse training styles, allowing users to filter by location and find their perfect match.

Being responsible for delivering a working solution, we needed to take into account the following factors: -Industry trends and best practices in the market -Understanding the business case and the ideal future of the product -Ensuring that the chosen approach and the stack is widely accepted, easily scalable, and updated

The project scope included a user-facing mobile application, admin panel and AWS Cloud Environment, to which we appointed one Frontend and one Backend developer, a Tech lead and a Project manager.
