We've created a whole new project that centralised all merchant data and connects to external payment and onboarding service for the merchants and terminals (called Smartvista ). 

So now for internal needs client staff from Customer Care, Sales etc can onboard, change data they want concerning the merchants directly from one place. 

Before that they weren't able to do this - so if they wanted to change an address or add a terminal  they needed to change it directly in the screens of Smartvista and that was very complex to do.
