Based on the discovery phase, we developed a new UI/UX design and approved it with the client


UI/UX Design

Based on the design and analysis of the current solution, the architecture of the future solution was developed and suggested. Ultimately this was the basis to propose the new solution roadmap and development plan.

Solution Architecture

We transferred the outdated legacy system (drupal6) to a new one (drupal10), which is actively supported, has much more functionality and matches all newest Drupal core security policies.

The process of filling and modifying content has been greatly simplified for admin users.

This project was a bit challenging in terms of collecting all requirements, as they existed in all places possible. But once we had in all documented + UI/UX wireframes, then it was fairly easy to suggest appropriate architect and kick-off the dev part. Awesome project, I really liked that we pulled it off from 0 to 100 all by our own team.
