Delivery of a new Intranet app with modern UI/UX  

During the development phase, the Moodle LMS team approached us with a request to also update their current design and make it as close as possible to the ELKB intranet (which was our initial project), so that when switching to the courses/training, this ensures consistent UX for users across ELKB platform.

Redesign of the Moodle-based system

The Drupal-based site is designed to provide all the information about the activities of the church - events, articles, blogs, book accommodation for events, apply for a job. Has a separate app: E-learning Moodle platform for training courses and materials, etc.

The client came to us with a request to redesign their outdated platform from the 2010s which was non-intuitive and not user-oriented.

Good communication with the ELKB team began at the stage of discovery and design phases. The main factors that influenced the success of the project - effective workflow using the Scramban methodology: feedback  throughout regular communication with the software, scope prioritisation, visualisation of progress using the Kanban board. Despite the considerable complexity of the project, we managed to find common solutions to complex problems and with joint efforts achieve the set goal - a complete refresh of the platform.
