Key Challenges
1. The project came to us as a result of non-professional migration from drupal7 to drupal8, which was not carried out competently, accordingly there were a lot of legacy code & tech debt and we dealt with a pretty old dev approach.
2. a lot of integrations which were malfunctioning or worked poorly.
3. there were also serious problems with performance and practically no optimisations in code
Scope
1. Tech audit of the legacy system on architecture level as well as code level.
2. Backlog prioritisation and creation of suggested roadmap.
3. Set up a Kanban team to work on fixing critical issues, system and data migration, enhancements and further support and maintenance activities.
