My name is Lucas Mendes Salvador and I have a degree in Information Systems and 5 years' experience in the technology sector. Throughout my career, I've been able to hone my skills in programming, leadership, analysis and problem-solving. I've worked on a number of international projects in which I interacted directly with clients from other countries, so I was able to learn and improve my English. Along the way, I had the incredible challenge of working in an environment with thousands of transactions per minute, bringing a more analytical look to my code, where I needed to think about performance and quality at all times, not to mention end-to-end test coverage. In addition to the technical side, I would highlight some skills, such as: being easy to talk to and express myself; being self-taught and passionate about learning new things; driven by challenges that take me out of my comfort zone; teamwork is part of me, always aiming to drive and play together with the team.
