    The mission of the future product was: “I want the owners of the team to be able to earn money without wasting time/spending much time, and team fans could get merch.”

    And we had to find a way to turn our client's innovative idea into reality and develop the product that would change the sales industry within the sports category in Norway.

  • The idea of the project wasn’t fully established

    Since many specific project dependencies were undefined and the idea of the project wasn’t fully established, we undertook a massive phase of development research into third-party services (for delivery, payments, printing agencies, and user verification such as BankId).

    And after this research phase, the team started working on the features.

  • To make the correct technical decision on how to achieve the goal in the most optimal manner.

    We needed to make the right technical decision on how to expand the platform horizontally by extracting parts of the functionality and customizing them to various requirements in the best possible way.
