• itjet had to take ownership and control of the process to ensure the project's success

  At the start of our involvement, the project already had multiple backend developers on board, as well as a tech lead.

  However, after a month, the tech lead had to leave, and the remaining backend developers were not confident or experienced enough to work without him.

  itjet had to step in, assigning our own tech lead and involving additional backend developers to take control of the process.

• The necessity to undergo a technical audit for investors

  Immediately after the tech lead and dev team change, we had to undergo a technical audit for investors.

  This was a complex process that required us to make numerous fixes and present the project as our own, all within just 2-3 months of our onboarding.

• Dependency on API’s of other restaurant aggregators/POS (point of sale) services

  The entire startup concept relies on the APIs of other restaurant aggregators and POS (point of sale) services, which frequently change their functionality.
