Day 1: User journey map, UX architecture and design

Plot the user journey on a timeline and identify pain points and delights. Generate and discuss a wide set of ideas from usability perspectives.
Day 2: Technical solution blueprint

Propose and evaluate technical architecture and infrastructure concepts that would fit to the job to be done.
Day 2: Augment the business case

Feature breakdown and sizing process to outline an aspirational delivery roadmap of high level features prioritized by value. Extend the initial business case with better predictability and managed business expectations.
