as a member of the „Platform team,” I was responsible for maintaining existing and implementing a new core java microservices for the big SEO platform. Within our small team, we successfully migrated big MySQL databases to AWS. The team was also responsible for the microservices infrastructure hence the operation part of AWS infrastructure was a big part of our duties. We were also adopting CI/CD of the services to guarantee fast delivery to production by defined continuous deployment pipelines.
