Challenge, approach, and impact

  • Designing system architecture appropriate for all in-house used apps

    Over the years, several in-house solutions have been developed to facilitate the daily functioning of employees in the office. Some of these applications were publicly available. Others had to be accessed by switching on a VPN. The time had come to create an umbrella app that would bring all small apps together in one place and provide secure access to FINGO's internal network resources.

  • Employee vetting to protect company assets

    The application should be used only by FINGO's employees. Therefore, the system administrator should manage accesses easily, and the app should identify authorized users.

  • Tool for remote parking management

    Parking space search. Opening the gate manually. The tedious search for the owner of the car that has pawned our car. These everyday inconveniences affect employee satisfaction. As it turns out, they can be solved quite simply.

  • JaJemTo - tool for ordering co-financed lunches

    Ordering more lunches to the office simultaneously makes negotiating attractive rates with catering companies possible. The obstacle, unfortunately, is ensuring the logistical minimum and a daily changed menu. Moreover, it is a challenge to coordinate the ordering process, accounting for the supplier and the employees who use the lunch subsidy option.

  • Urlopia – tool for managing holiday requests

    Every employee has a right to leave. However, submitting and accepting holiday requests and tracking absences by personnel are repetitive tasks. It is worth automating them.

  • HotDesks – tool for booking hot desks in the office

    Some employees like to work from the office, so they come to it every day. Others work remotely and can only be found in the office occasionally. Office maintenance costs are fixed. However, by managing the availability of free desks, you can easily reduce the rented space.
