“Gabriela is the kind who you can easily rely on, even more now as she is 1 FTE on the project and also working as a developer. Given the complexity of the project, she had no issues in getting back on code writing, especially since the technologies have changed a lot this few years. She also has a unique perspective, comparing to other people, as she does the job of a PO and a DEV as well. It's interesting to see how easily she communicates with insurance providers, gathers feedback from them, knowing what's possible and what's not and then starting implementing their feedback right away (if it's urgent / important / within the scope of the sprint). It is also impressive how context switching is not a hard thing for her to do or at lease she gives us this impression. She participates in trainings as she wants to continuously learn and grow in both roles. As a PO, she has very good relations with the stakeholders, and is always informed and up to date with the business requirements.
