Problem Statement
Prior to the development of the Commercial Excellence Portal, the responsible team at Fokker was investing a significant amount of time, approximately one month, to gain insights into the sales pipeline. This process was not only time-consuming but also lacked real-time updates, effective decision-making and strategic planning took more time than expected. The need to automate this process was evident to ensure efficient management of the portfolio across all business units.

1. Develop a customized software solution to the Fokker’s unique requirements; 2. Setup the relevant software development life cycle to ensure project success; 3. Provide realtime reporting and insights of the sales pipeline; 4. Create user experience and satisfaction across all Fokker business units;
