• Project had no documentation, only design

To ensure project success, comprehensive documentation should be a priority from the outset.

• Design wasn‘t complete when project started so had many changes

  The project encountered numerous changes due to the incomplete design at the project's outset. As programmers, successfully managing the issue of frequent design changes requires a combination of adaptability and effective communication.
