• Onboarding process

  In one month, our dedicated team embarked on a focused journey to streamline and optimize our onboarding process. Through meticulous analysis, collaboration, and innovative thinking, we've identified pain points, designed user-friendly workflows, and integrated cutting-edge technology to create a seamless and efficient onboarding experience. Our month-long effort has resulted in a solution that not only simplifies the process but also enhances the overall employee experience, setting the stage for smoother transitions and increased productivity from day one.

• Optimization

  The biggest challenge so far has been reducing the number of API calls throughout the entire application. When we initially acquired the application, it was running very slowly. Through research and code structure optimization, we managed to significantly improve the application's speed. Along this journey, by applying a professional approach, we further enhanced aspects such as design, structure, and overall code organization. Moments like these make us better programmers and add excitement to the coding journey. One of the significant new features we implemented is filtering and sorting multiple roles within the application. This task was implemented over three sprints. By connecting multiple tables and models on the server-side and applying a professional approach on the client-side, we successfully finalized this task and greatly facilitated data search for the user. Challenges are just opportunities to enhance our skills and create a more user-friendly experience. Let's keep coding and conquering these challenges!

  Overcoming timezone overlap in our IT company was a journey that required dedication, education, and the implementation of effective strategies. By embracing a standardized protocol, leveraging digital tools, promoting timezone-aware communication, and fostering a culture of flexibility and understanding, we successfully bridged timezone gaps.
