Why did you join Valens, and what has kept you here?

Valens has been a great place to work in. While investigating potential companies I could go to, I have got great feedback for this company regarding working hours, vacation, and work environment. All employees are respected and we work in an amazing environment where we all support and help each other to grow.

The first thing that can be noticed is the atmosphere and strong determination to improve our skills every day. The company offers some of the most asked benefits today such as fitpass, the option to work remotely, starter packs, and lots of resources to learn from. The company is actively listening to our needs and wishes and acting accordingly to make every employee satisfied.

I love helping my friends about some wedding decorations that are DIY. :)

Valens has offered me all of the resources in any form to develop my career. Starting from the amazing equipment, great workspace, supportive colleagues, and access to online courses platforms and books we are interested in.

It is much appreciated that you have someone in your company that has previous knowledge and can guide you to optimize your way of learning and increase your knowledge.

What do you like most about Valens?

Except for the great welcome package and equipment, I love having such experienced people by my side that can guide me through my career. Aside from the experience, they are caring and always quickly respond to any request anyone might have. Also, team buildings are always amazing and very frequent!

What are 3 words to describe Valens?

Motivating - motivates us to do better each day in both our work and personal areas. It is amazing to work in a company where you don't feel drained, but instead of feeling energized to do all your goals.

Transparent - transparency is always presented and valued highly by the employees because it leaves us a healthy place to grow and to become the best of ourselves.

Empathetic - our feelings are valued and acknowledged through open communication, and support in difficult situations.

Love exploring our mountains in Bosnia and wondering around. This one in specific is Igman.  

What have you gained from working at Valens?

I have got a lot of career development opportunities and the ability to learn from experienced people. We have strong leadership figures and it is amazing to have someone to motivate other employees to give their best output. I feel privileged to build such a positive culture and relationship towards work with the rest of our employees.

What is the favourite part about working for Valens?

Career development opportunities and the ability to work as one big team that supports each other, care about each other, and motivates each other to do well every single day. The work atmosphere is never neglected and it feels just right to be here and to grow together with this amazing group of people.
