What advice do you have for prospective PEAK Software candidates?

Integrity, curiosity and eagerness to learn more - these three traits are what I consider the most important for new employees.

A company with those qualities will have an easier time adjusting them into its team culture because they'll be interested not only in their work but also in how things get done around here!

In your opinion, what are the hallmark traits of a great CEO?

Trust, passion, integrity and persistence are key traits and they make up the core of what it means to be an individual worth trusting with your dreams or goals.

What do you find the most challenging at PEAK Software?

Maintaining company culture, drive and energy during growth phases - without any impact on existing clients or projects in the pipeline.

Do you have any hobbies, go-to weekend activities, or long-term passion projects you’re working on?

As an amateur astronomer - my long time passion is to build a Dobsonian telescope from scratch. This is the perfect combination of DIY projects and weekend activities with friends and family.

How do you spend your time outside of the office?

As a CEO of a growing company, with a lot of ideas and plans its challenging to have a perfect work/life balance, however, my saying is that family should always come first and that during working hours you should grow with the company and after office hours you need to grow (with) your family.

Also learning from kids is such an amazing experience :)
