Why did you join Nortik, and what has kept you here?

I joined Nortik Software Solutions because they have highly competent employees who are really passionate about their craft, always ready to share their knowledge and yet stay humble and learn new things every day.

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

Developing scalable and secure frontend applications and since I love backend engineering I’m also involved in developing backend services. I’m also mentoring some of our interns and junior engineers. I usually start my day by syncing with the team and then I take some time to talk to our intern and junior engineers to make sure we stay on the right track and clear all ambiguity that might arise.

In your opinion, what are the hallmark traits of a great Frontend Engineer?

Attention to detail with good grasp and knowledge of software engineering principles. It’s also really important to stay open minded and objective.

What is the favorite part about working for Nortik?

Opportunity to work with industry leading experts and company culture. I like that we focus and pride ourselves on outstanding engineering solutions while allowing and cherishing improvement and growth.

Its really hard to describe Nortik in three words, but if I had to choose it would be: Challenging projects, healthy environment and innovative solutions.

How has Nortik helped you in your career development?

By taking interest in my personal goals and providing me with a development plan and resources on how to achieve my goals. Nortik also encouraged me to grow and learn by providing me an opportunity to work with leading industry experts.
