Why did you join Kalmia, and what has kept you here?
Kalmia was a company in the local town in which I saw great potential. The company had good foundations and a great team. I also liked the interesting projects and cutting edge technology. All of the above, plus a competitive salary and a good vibe kept me here.

How has Kalmia helped you in your career development?
Working on interesting projects and cutting edge technology kept me on track with the latest technology standards. Being also in a leadership role helped me develop leadership skills.
What do you find the most challenging at Kalmia?
Keeping track of all the projects and many opportunities. Managing to hire new coworkers is a special challenge but I'm happy that we are successful.
What is the favourite part about working for Kalmia?
It is absolutely the people, good vibe and professionalism.
You can really feel good energy and get support when you need it.
I love nature!
When are you the happiest?
I'm happy when I have successfully finished a project (work or non-work related) and when I am on vacation with my friends and/or family.
What is the best vacation you’ve been to?
It is my trip to Australia and New Zealand. It opened me to some new horizons and gave me great memories for years to come.
