A sneak peek at Oksana's life as a Product Manager

Time to meet the Product Manager at AtlasApps, Oksana!

What has been your favorite project at AtlasApps?

I love the Collector Crypt project so much as we are developing a top-notch product that will change the digital and real-world of collectibles.

Besides the product concept and idea, we've built a genuinely comfortable and practical environment within the team to make the project successful.

What are your primary responsibilities and what does your day-to-day look like?

From project to project, I usually combine different roles and wear different hats as a Product Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. And my responsibilities vary, starting from the development of a product vision, strategy, and roadmap and continuing with diving deeper into product requirements preparation, release plans, and management of the delivery and product launch.

How did you first learn about AtlasApps?

I found an AtlasApps agency on the Upwork platform; they attracted me with their proven track record and customers feedbacks. That's when our relationship started. Together we've completed many projects in different areas; with this time, our partnership evolved, and I became a full-time employee.

Do you have any hobbies, go-to weekend activities, or long-term passion projects you’re working on?

I like to feel life in all forms and try myself in different activities and new areas. But what stays stable and inspires me - that tennis, skiing, snowboarding, traveling, and self-discovery, believing that the major goal is happiness and keys to it could be found in being happy by myself and for myself.

How do you balance your career at AtlasApps and friends & family?

I'm very glad that in AtlasApps, everyone understands and feels the importance of work-life balance; the company supports this by offering flexible and remote working and regular reviewing workloads.

So I can keep the balance between my work and friends & family life; these two areas fill each other, helping me live a bright life.

If you could switch your job with anyone else within AtlasApps, whose job would you want?

If I could switch my job with anyone else, including their skills and experience, that would be a senior front-end developer or blockchain developer.

I found their job so exciting and attractive, full of other types of challenges that should give just a new level of pleasure and a positive experience.
