For Polish Soccer Skills – a foundation supporting the development of young footballers – we created a modern solution that streamlines the booking process and improves communication with users. We focused on intuitiveness, automation of key steps, and a better experience for both parents and system administrators.

Booking experience
Registering for a camp should be exciting, not exhausting. The previous system was unintuitive and outdated, causing user frustration that damaged the brand's perception. Parents faced a tedious process with redundant fields and no mobile support. The lack of clear communication regarding payment status led to confusion and an influx of support tickets that the client’s team struggled to manage.
