Challenge and Scope
Slow, manual quotes: pricing depended on back-and-forth emails and multi-day approvals, making comparison painful and purchases take days. No support for niche products: short-term and high-risk policies required custom handling, blocking profitable segments. Our solution scope: a live trading marketplace replacing email cycles with instant quoting, real-time binding, and a flexible product engine for niche policy types.
