Navigating Data Heterogeneity and Regulatory Rigor
The core challenge was building a high-precision AI scoring engine within Switzerland’s strict regulatory framework . We had to harmonize non-conformant data from fragmented sources while ensuring a "Privacy by Design" architecture. Managing complex feature engineering and a large-scale ML training infrastructure for a $1M+ project required a balance between model performance, data security, and the ability to scale across the DACH region
