The client faced an inconsistent and disjointed system, with some services scattered and unavailable. A unified portal was necessary to meet the growing demand for cloud infrastructure solutions, requiring a more intuitive graphical interface and enhanced user experience. Consolidate scattered services into a unified portal for Hrvatski Telekom, providing a seamless experience for users.
Comprehensive Product Development
Develop web, mobile, and TV apps to deliver a unified IaaS experience, ensuring consistent performance across platforms. Barrage was responsible for product research, system architecture, UX/UI design, and custom software development. This included the development of web, mobile, and TV apps, with a dedicated SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to ensure robust performance and reliability.
