In our cooperation with Wio, we facilitated a substantive ramp-up of their software development capacities, focusing on the senior-level engineers. At least twice during our cooperation, we added up to 30 engineers within 4 months, paying utmost attention to the software developers' quality and their high level of retention.​
The first ramp-up was during the initial 4 months of collaboration in 2021.

Out of 29 engineers assigned, half of these team members are still working in the Wio team under USS operation as of December 2024, and one of the assigned engineers was transferred to the direct contract just during the first year of cooperation (which was impressive proof of the quality of the engineer).​
