The company provides comprehensive services, including athlete scouting, support, video production, and communication with college coaches to increase the chances of obtaining a scholarship. Their main goal is to connect talented athletes with suitable colleges and help them navigate the complex recruiting process.

Infrastructure Challange
Scholarbook is a platform designed for professional athletes and coaches, providing an ecosystem where athletes can showcase their profiles and coaches can subscribe to discover new talent. The challenge was to create a robust infrastructure capable of handling a dynamic database of athletes, coaches, and custom reports while ensuring seamless integration between web and mobile applications.
Migration from custom build CRM to HubSpot
Initially, Scholarbook relied on a custom-built CRM, which required continuous improvements to manage complex filtering, reporting, and document storage needs. As the company scaled, they decided to transition to HubSpot as their central CRM, requiring a seamless migration of their entire backend system, including web and mobile functionalities.

Our team was responsible for building and continuously enhancing the Scholarbook ecosystem, covering: a) Designed to handle complex data management, reporting, and filtering for athlete-coach interactions; b) Built with React Native for both iOS and Android, ensuring a seamless user experience for coaches and athletes; c) Transitioning the entire backend system from a custom-built solution to HubSpot, optimizing business operations and streamlining data management. d) Smooth
