Designed and implemented a phased integration strategy with NetSuite, starting with robust CSV-based financial exports and evolving toward API-based automation. Aligned technical outputs with Finance requirements (Quick Codes, descriptions, vendor mapping), reducing manual corrections, improving accounting accuracy, and strengthening collaboration between Engineering and Finance teams.

Played a key role during the on-site client engagement by aligning technical plans, priorities, and delivery expectations across multiple stakeholder groups. Addressed open concerns, clarified roadmap and execution strategies, and re-established trust through transparent communication and concrete action plans. This engagement directly contributed to improved client confidence, clearer priorities, and stronger collaboration moving forward.

Led the end-to-end Rate Renewal process, including data validation improvements, report updates reducing from 105 pages to just 10 on large Entities, and Excel export enhancements (such as new columns in Enrollment Totals and Summary reports). Coordinated closely with Finance, QA, and stakeholders to resolve data and timing issues, supported by RCA documentation and structured release summaries. The process is now clearer, more predictable, and easier to execute for future cycles.
