Team Lead term variates from team to team. In my case, I am still being a software developer and member of the team but I have additional responsibilities. One of them is communication with the clients and understanding their requirement. I am in charge of creating a high-level software architecture that will fulfill those requirements as well.

As a software developer, my responsibilities vary and cover a wide range from front-end to back end. Some of them include: - Creating software design - Creating high-quality solutions using best practices like TDD - Communication with the clients Majority of my work is done using .NET technologies, JavaScript and Python.
