Web2Print Module End-of-Life Transition
Flash Style's existing Web2Print system was approaching planned discontinuation, requiring strategic migration to maintain service continuity. The transition needed to preserve all existing functionalities while introducing enhanced capabilities without disrupting ongoing operations or customer experience.
Manual Documentation and Compliance Overhead
Czech tax compliance required generation of multiple document types (VAT invoices, advance invoices, cash register receipts) with precise formatting. Manual document handling consumed significant administrative resources and increased risk of errors in tax reporting and customer documentation.
