Optimizing product assortment across a large pharmacy network
The client needed to create an optimal assortment list for more than 2,000 drugstores across 30 regions while managing a catalog of over 13,000 SKUs. A single standardized assortment did not account for regional demand differences, store location specifics, or customer flow, resulting in inefficient stock distribution and missed sales opportunities.
