As a result, we implemented a single cloud provider, CI/CD process, server unification, security and vulnerability mitigation actions, and improved reaction speed and reliability by 200%.

Limited visibility into infrastructure health and risks
The client lacked a clear, centralized view of infrastructure health across distributed systems. Issues such as performance degradation, configuration drift, and hidden bottlenecks were detected reactively, often after incidents occurred. Manual monitoring and fragmented alerts made it difficult to prioritize risks, identify root causes, and prevent downtime proactively, especially as system complexity and scale increased.
