Fragmented marketing data and limited performance visibility
The client struggled with fragmented marketing data across multiple channels and tools, making it difficult to understand campaign performance and customer behavior holistically. Reporting was largely manual, insights were delayed, and decision-making relied on partial or inconsistent data.
