Working on own product initiative, developing a reusable data & analytics solution for a banking client on Microsoft Fabric. Designing and implementing Fabric semantic models optimized for reporting and self-service. Building Power BI datasets and dashboards focused on banking KPIs (portfolio performance, customer behavior, risk and profitability) to support management and operational teams. Closely collaborating with the client’s internal team (business, IT and risk/compliance) to align analytical solutions with regulatory, reporting and business requirements. Contributing to the product roadmap by identifying reusable components, templates and best practices that can be applied across multiple banking clients.

Designed and developed interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support management reporting and operational decision-making. Created and optimized data models using DAX and Power Query, ensuring accurate, performant and user-friendly analytics. Worked closely with business users to understand requirements, translate them into KPIs and visuals, and iteratively improve existing dashboards based on feedback. Supported the introduction of self-service analytics by preparing well-structured datasets and clear documentation.

Developed and maintained Power BI reports for a leading telecommunications company using Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS and Power BI. Translated complex telecom data (usage, subscriptions, churn, ARPU, campaigns) into clear dashboards for commercial, finance and management teams. Collaborated with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights that supported churn reduction, upsell activities and operational efficiency. Ensured data consistency and quality by validating sources, applying business rules and documenting key metrics and definitions.
