Challenge, approach, and impact
1. Customizing a Headless CMS to Handle Rich, High-Volume Content
The client’s existing headless CMS needed to support a large amount of structured content, including pages, videos, animations, and interactive elements. Our challenge was to extend and customize the CMS so editors could manage complex content efficiently while maintaining speed and consistency across the site.
2. Developing Custom Features Aligned with a Global Design System
With the client’s strong creative direction and established design standards, we built tailored components and interactive modules directly within the CMS. Close collaboration with their design team ensured pixel-perfect implementation and seamless incorporation of modern multimedia content.
3. Integrating the Website with a CDXP for Personalization & Marketing Automation
We extended the platform with a deep integration into the client's Customer Data & Experience Platform (CDXP). This enabled data-driven personalization, advanced segmentation, and marketing automation, while ensuring smooth data flows, performance stability, and readiness for ongoing MarTech expansion.
