Our frontend (FE) team was tasked with developing a responsive web application for sports betting, designed to complement the native mobile app. This project required close collaboration with the FE team on the client’s side in Austria and the native development team at Etnetera Flow. We also partnered with an Austrian company specializing in the development, delivery, and maintenance of technology and related services for operators in the gamin
Challenge, approach, and impact
1. Responsibility for Critical User-Facing Features
Our team was tasked with developing essential components like registration, login, account management, and payments—features that directly impact user experience and required high reliability and security.
2. Integration with External CMS and Systems
Developing frontend components that seamlessly integrate with the client’s existing CMS posed both technical and coordination challenges, requiring adaptability and close collaboration with other teams.
3. Rapid Onboarding into a Distributed Team
With limited internal web development resources on the client’s side, our Angular developers had to quickly adapt and become fully integrated members of an international, cross-functional team—while maintaining development speed and alignment.
