Cassovia Code partnered with Wellspace to develop a scalable SaaS platform that connects wellness providers with clients through a seamless digital experience. A key feature was the integration of secure video streaming via Jitsi, enabling professionals to deliver live training, consultations, and classes online. The solution also includes booking, subscriptions with Stripe, and a smooth UX, creating an all-in-one digital marketplace.
Challenge, approach, and impact
1. Building a Reactive and Reliable Booking System
Creating a booking system that could handle diverse service types, availability rules, and client preferences required a flexible yet robust solution. The system needed to be fully responsive, easy to navigate, and capable of managing real-time updates across a variety of wellness services.
2. Implementing Subscription Management with Stripe
Introducing a recurring subscription model integrated with Stripe brought challenges around payment automation, membership renewals, and failed payment handling. The system had to ensure a seamless user experience while providing full control over plan upgrades, cancellations, and billing history.
3. Enabling Secure Video Sessions via Jitsi Integration
To allow wellness providers to deliver services such as online training or consultations, the platform had to integrate video calls through Jitsi. The challenge was to embed a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use video interface directly within the app, without compromising performance or user privacy.
