We created a modern WordPress website to showcase a new luxury residential development, combining refined design with advanced interactivity. The site presents apartments and office spaces with an interactive pricing tool that lets users select floors, units, and orientations to view detailed specifications. It includes financing options, request-a-quote features, a photo gallery, and map localization with full civic amenities overview.
Challenge, approach, and impact
1. Fast Delivery Without Compromising Quality
We were tasked with creating a premium web presence on a tight timeline, delivering high-end design, strong performance, and a luxury look and feel. The goal was to launch quickly while maintaining impeccable visual and technical quality.
2. Easy-to-Manage WordPress Platform for Complex Content
The residence required frequent updates to units, pricing, specifications, and financing options, so we built a modular WordPress system that allows the client to manage all content: apartments, offices, galleries, and amenities, without developer support.
3. Seamless Interactivity for Apartment Selection and User Experience
Integrating an interactive selector for floors, units, and orientations, complete with real-time specifications and pricing, posed both UX and technical challenges. We ensured a smooth, intuitive experience while keeping the site fast, responsive, and visually polished.
