Limited Internal Development Capacity for Innovation Pipeline
Mavie Next's in-house development team was fully occupied maintaining existing products across their healthcare ecosystem (MavieMe, Mavie Telemed, Mavie Work). While they had ambitious roadmaps for new features and digital health innovations, their internal resources couldn't support simultaneous maintenance and rapid feature development.Capacity bottleneck was delaying critical market opportunities and slowing their competitive edge in the fast-evolving healthtech landscape.
