Founded in 2007 in Novi Sad on the banks of the Danube River in northern Serbia, the boutique design agency Superawesome is a lean team of 23 totally awesome employees who are ready to solve design problems you didn’t even know you had. The studio is small but mighty—and they have big ambitions to help mid-to-large organisations overcome the barriers to innovation they might face.

Founder and CEO Milan Stosic believes that good design should be available to all companies. As he sees it, his team’s job is to help people transform the ideas into reality through introducing new perspectives, improving existing products, or even rethinking them entirely. He says:

“We are in the business of finding creative ways of overcoming challenges which are keeping our clients at a distance from their success. Some of these challenges can be solved through design, and that's great. Others require different approaches, and we do what we need to to get the job done.”
