Conducted an in-depth audit of CI/CD tools used by all Sephora teams (Data Platform, Digital, Retail, Merchandising, etc.), focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency according to FinOps principles. Presented a detailed audit report evaluating costs, risks, existing gaps, and the target strategy for an DevOps vision. Led and facilitated collaborative workshops to align teams around a shared long-term DevOps strategy. Performed a comprehensive security check of developments in the CI pipeline using the Wiz tool. CI/CD Architecture: Designed and implemented a CI/CD architecture based on GitHub Actions, with secure integration into the GCP environment. GitHub Initialization: Configured the initial GitHub environment for Sephora EME, including team management, roles, and security using Terraform scripts. Repository Automation: Implemented automatic creation of secure repositories using Terraform. Developed and deployed shared CI and CD workflows based on GitHub Actions.
