HomeToro is a real estate startup founded to simplify home buying & selling. Elevating the concept of conducting this process straight through their app, the client envisioned a platform that also empowers real estate agents to create property advertisements within the same ecosystem. With a concept and hypothesis in hand, HomeToro sought a vendor capable of transforming their vision into reality while validating its feasibility.

With only a raw concept and initial market exploration, the client needed a tech ally with the expertise to shape their ideas into detailed requirements and then craft them into a functional, top-tier software solution. This journey required a deep understanding of market dynamics, user expectations, and the latest technologies
Time & Budget Limitations
Recognizing the market's competitive nature, the client understood the urgency of validating their hypotheses ASAP. To achieve this, they decided to launch MVP (Minimum Viable Product) first, firmly believing that even this process could be streamlined and accelerated but having yet to learn how to do it.
