I have 10yrs of experience as a software developer and technical manager. I was an early employee of an InsureTech SaaS startup, where I held a number of leadership roles as the company grew to a presence across three countries and scaled from a small team of 12 to over 50. I have co-founded two companies and contributed to a number of startups enabling them to successfully secure VC funding and unlock strategic partnerships.

Root provides an advanced policy administration SaaS platform to provide insurance companies with the tools needed to quickly innovate and go-to-market with new products, manage policies, billing and claims and simplify the compliance and reporting requirements of the Insurance industry.
