eCommerce platform representing the European branch of the BERING watch and jewellery brand. It functions as both a brand presentation site and a direct-to-consumer (D2C) online store, showcasing the company’s minimalist Danish design philosophy inspired by Arctic landscapes.
Challenge, approach, and impact
Scope
BERING sought to elevate its digital presence by transforming a traditional retail brand experience into a modern, immersive eCommerce platform. The key challenge was to create a unified Shopify ecosystem capable of supporting multiple markets (EU and Global) while maintaining performance, design consistency, and localized content.
Challange
Additionally, the project required the integration of 3D product assets (.usdz / .glb) for interactive ring previews - a technically demanding feature that needed to balance visual realism with fast loading times.
