Poly & Bark, a leading direct-to-consumer furniture brand, needed to evolve its Shopify Plus platform to support enterprise-level scale while maintaining a seamless, design-driven shopping experience. With thousands of SKUs, complex variant and inventory logic, and integrations across multiple third-party systems, the brand faced challenges around performance, maintainability, and efficient content management.
